  • Length  – 6 Days
  • Start – Fort William 11:00
  • Finish –  Inverness
  • £792 per person inc. vat

This is one of the UK’s classic and best canoe journeys, stretching from Fort William on the west coast to Inverness on the east coast. Spend four days traversing the width of Scotland on the Lochs and waterways of the Caledonian Canal, including the world-famous Loch Ness.

Our first day will be spent around Fort William, creating expedition aims, planning routes and refreshing your paddling skills. We will have plenty of time for you to get to know your new paddling partners and refresh those all important rescue and leadership skills. Day 2 sees us head out together to take your canoeing skills to the next level on a local Loch, we’ll look at managing this more advanced environment and the challenges that come with it. You’ll end the second day confident and prepared to head out into the wilderness tomorrow. The first and second night focus on socialising so you’re welcome to order takeaway to the campsite or head offsite. Day 3 is when your qualifying expedition begins. Your instructors will supervise and mentor you though the experience aiming to make sure you don’t just “pass” but you excel in the environment, develop new skills and create some amazing memories.

Note – This expedition starts in Fort William and ends in Inverness. Please bear this in mind for your travel plans.
